About me

Junyu is currently working toward a doctoral degree at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech), under the supervision of Prof. Yi Wang. Prior to this, he obtained his B.E. from the Department of Computer Science and Technology at China University of Petroleum (East China), where he was advised by Prof. Tao Song. He was born and raised in Linyi, Shandong Province, China.

Research Interests

Networked System and MLsys. Resolving communication bottlenecks in distributed machine learning systems (esp., LLM training/inference), spanning from collective communication algorithms to underlying RDMA transport.
Sustainable Computing. Leveraging AI and system optimization to enhance energy efficiency across diverse real-world scenarios, including network infrastructures and smart building environments.
I am committed to building practical solutions that are directly applicable to existing real-world systems.
